DOCKET NO.[protected] WAS REGISTERED FROM ALLAHABAD ON 5TH SEPTEMBER 2013 AND WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE TUMKUR (NEAR BANGALORE) BY 13TH SEPTEMBER 2013 IT WAS INITIALLY SENT TO LUCKNOW THEN TO HYDERABAD THEN TO BANGALORE AND FROM IT WAS SENT TO DELHI AND FROM THERE PRESENTLY ITS IN PUNE , DESPITE OF TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTIONS NO ASSERTIVE RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THE COMPANIES CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND HOWEVER I WAS MISLEAD THAT IT WILL BE REACHING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THAT THIS INCONVENIENCE HAS BEEN DEALT SERIOUSLY BUT TILL NOW NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE CAME FROM THE COMPANY AND THE PARCEL IS SENT TO WRONG PLACES EACH OF THE TIME.
SO, I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE CLAIM FOR MY PARCEL AS IT WAS HAVING SOME DELIACTE FOOD ITEMS SENT BY MY PARENTS.PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS GRIEF MATTER AND TAKE SERIOUS STEPS REGARDING THIS KIND OF MISHANDLING AND MISLEADING OF CUSTOMER.
