Postal Savings Bank A/c Cheque returned when Balance was available in A/c

I have deposited a postal savings ( Account No. 576954 opened in GPO, Hyderabad ) cheque No. 576954 dt. 19 June' 10, for Rs. 19,700/- in Account NO. 18366 in Andhra Bank, Bakaram Br., Hyderabad . On this date, my postal A/c balance was Rs. 24,334/-. The post office has debited to my postal Svngs A/c an unknown strange amount of Rs. 22,400/- on 23 June' 10 and returned my cheque to Andhra Bank with remarks as " Insufficient Funds in the Account". For their mistake, the post office has debited Rs. 50/- to my savngs A/c as "cheque dishonour charges" while I have been penalized and got debited Rs. 110/- to my bank A/c for the "rejected cheque" by the Andhra Bank. Due to such careless mistake by the Post office, I have suffered mental harassment, inconvenience and delays despite penalties. The post office should suitably compensate me for this.

I B SATYANARAYANA S/O LATE SRI BRGL SURYANARAYANA EXPIRED ON 25-02-2010. MY FATHER HAD RD ACCOUNT NO 73674 WITH BALANCE OF RS 61600/- AND I HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCCUMENTS TO RKPURAM POST OFFICE PIN NO 500 035 ON 24-07-2010. STILL NOW NO RESPONSE FROM UR PEOPLE AND I WENT TO POST OFFICE NEARLY 7 TO 8 TIMES AND HE SAID THAT U PLS GO TO KACHIGUDA POST OFFICE THERE ALSO SAME RESPONSE EVERY TIME WHEN I GO THERE THEY WILL TAKE THE DETAILS AND THEY WONT RESPOND TO ME WEATHER U PEOPLE RESPOND R NOT PLS GIVEE ME IMMEDIATE REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT.IN KACHIGUDA POST OFFICE MR RAMKRISHNA REDDY IS VERY CARELESS PLS TAKE A SEVIOR ACTION AND DO MEE NEEDFUL TO ME.

Complaint against Postman:
This is to inform you that I am VADTHYA JAGAN R/o Nama Naik Thanda, Pasnoor(p), Nampally(mdl), Nalgonda Distt, Andhra Pradesh, would like to say that in our village we never received our mails, letters whether registered or unregistered at our home. Our postmaster or postman never delivers our letter to our home, for collection of our letter we have to go to post office. It is also our routine work in such busy time, we have to give time for such kind of silly work. If we will not go to collect our letter to post office he will never deliver it and tear it within two or three days.

On this time where on one hand India is looking for being Develop country and on other hand government department never check what is happening in realty and in small town and Villages.

In our village (Pasnoor, Nampally(M), Nalgonda-Distt, Andhra pradesh) i never seen postman to deliver any letter to concerned person.I don’t know whether there are special provision for this village in Indian Postal Act or not but nobody never check it and never try to rectify it.

Therefore you are requested to check the proper procedure and please change this trend which is running since last 7 years. It will be emergence of new centutry for our village if you will do it.

So please pay attention on our complaint and try to redress our grivance.

I MOHD HAFEEZUDDIN residence of yakutpura, 17-4-537/1, hyderabad has asked for post office residential proof form but the response is negative, i made around 4 trips but they are saying its out of stock, so, i request the concern authority to take immediate action against this
