[Resolved]  Getz Prime — Theft as well as Poor Servicing during AMC

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is in regards with of my car, Getz Prime, No. MH04 DB-6318, Chasis No.039584 which was given for servicing in one of your service
centres (Modi Motors Agencies Ltd.) at thane on 7th January 2011 along with a newly done AMC of Rs.9330.00, bearing Bill No.B[protected],
dated:07.01.2011. The car was collected from my residence on the same morning by one Mr.Nitin and the further work was
carried under the observation of your ground staff Mr.Vaibhav. When i came to collect my car on 8th morning, few points
were observed by me and brought to the notice of the management without any further action till date.

1. A beautiful display car pc stuck on the silver board above the music system was not there means robbed.
The same was shown to vaibhav and immediately he called nitin in front of me who accpeted that the car was stuck there
during the residence pick up. These kind of things are not at all accepted, though i did not make any hue and cry about,
but i sincerely suggest, you'll to look into the same as this spoils the image of hyundai. The same thing was brought to
the mangers notice who is a sardar, but till date i havent recd any calls from his side either which is very strange and
nor recd any call from your customer service dept post the servicing which is almost two an half weeks old now.
Request you to look into this matter seriously and revert to me.

2. When i came to collect the car and started checking the servicing done, i was though not surprised (previous experience),
but totally amused to see that my car was not cleaned at all from inside, the bonnet interior was absoultely shabby,
the back side (dickki) was in mess and the complimetary poslishing as told by the ground staff was half done beacuse it
was complimentary as per your staff, plus my right side mirror was not all original. Pls. suggest me the corrective action
or else in need to take this matter to the consumer court directly before things go out of hand.

3. Also, when i came to collect my car post servicing, i found out that the there was this petrol smell coming every now
and then from my vehichle, but did not bring it across to your team thinking that it might happen as i had just filled in
the petrol two days back, but after three days post servicing, i just happen to check it with one of my known mechanics in
thane and to my disbeleif, i was shocked to see the petrol leakage below my back seat due to the pipe cut. This was more
amsuing as my car which was there for servicing was not even brought to my notice by any of your so called expert staff's.
Now, i feel that why have i done the AMC which i feel is a big waste. This again is totally uncalled for as i was told that
this leakage could have lead to more danger and this was happening from last 2-3 days before the car given for Servicing.


Given the above instances, tell me why should i have a good word of mouth for hyundai motors or else pls chane your service
station as this is dangeroulsy impacting the image of hyundia or else i take up this in the media. Awaitng your reply at the
earliest and compensation the for the pain, trouble and trauma thru which i have gone thru.
