CONTRACTOR AND RESPONSIBLE OFFICERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIDHAYAK COLONY, INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD, UP With due respect, I would like to bring your kind attention to the miserable life of Nyay Khand I, Vidhayak Colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad’s residents that the road of the area are in bad condition, drainage system of the area totally disrupted. The sewer water are entering in buildings. The work of a park which is being constructed by contractor B. S. Buildecon is so slow , it seems that he is not interested to complete the park. The small park is started by about Oct 2012 but till date it is not completed and the work is pending almost. The drains of the area are totally chocked. There are mud in drains at many places due to which the water of rains is not going to main sewer system. The water is logging in drains due to which the water is entering people’s houses and mosquitoes are breeding and the danger of disease are increasing day by day. We have requested many times on phone Mr. S. K. Arvind AE and Mr Karvinder JE but there are no progress at all. They give only one response that all the work of the area is in the hands of Contractor S. B. Buildcon. When we try to contract the contractor he does not talk to anybody. His mobile is always switched off or does not pick up by anybody. Your honor we request you please take the action against the contractor. He has not done even 20% of his contract. His contract is going to expire in 31st July 20, 2013. We all the residents have seen him to maintain only Apex Royal Castle Society. He totally ignored the remaining area of the colony. We are very happy that the growth of Ghaziabad is going very fast growth but this area is far away from this growth. This is requested please check the contractor details regarding the development of the area. Please look into the matter and take a stringent action against the concerned officers, engineers and Contractors. We all the residents would be highly obliged for your action for the welfare of all the residents. Incomplete works by SB Contractor :- 1. Roads are incomplete 2. Drains are not covered 3. Drains are not constructed 4. Drains are full of mud at many places 5. The park is not constructed.
