Subject :Illegal construction of compound wall on government road
we have already given 5 complaints about this illegal construction of compound wall on government road at sharada nagar road no.2 Hno:20-18/A1 near childrens park which belong to Lb nagar circle -3 municipal office .No action have been taken so far although we have all proofs of documents stating that place belong to government road, municipal officers dint take any action we have proofs which support our statement stating that it is a road .And how can a road be registered by Sub Register officer as it is a crime and how can municipal officers give permission to construct on road.we request concerned authority to look the above matter immediately since our drainage line is under illegal constructed compound wall please take action immediately otherwise we will file a case in court regarding this issue as we are fed up giving complaints going to municipal daily and they are not taking any action . |

I Stay in moosapet near GHMC office...the road from GHMC office towards Y junction is occupied by slum people...till these days they were living on the huts made on the road...
now...they are constructing big puccka/Strong houses on the road...i am not sure...is there any one to check this illigal contrsutions that too on the Centre of road...that to just beside...Kukatpally GHMC office...
Beside these they have all facilites(Colour TV, furtinutres..etc) which a common man has...but they neither pay for any servces used...nor ...they stop...there way of living...
if GHMC Kukatpally MCH office have some responsibilty of there exisistance...please take some action...
i am not sure...but i heard they even got houses alloted on each one...but still they are not vacating the Road...giving trouble to big vechiles like car...etc/...

iam resident in tadban iam23 student iwant to know thats illegal construction
of scrap godown in tadban main road masjid line and backside of zoopark wall
in my childhood i saw thats place having drainage line but now some person
holding that place as a scrap godown and also using roads for his displays
items my family living in tadban minimum 100 years but every know that place
having some(qabaristan) but now a days that place know for scrap godown
so i kindly request to take action against them.
if i make any mistake for written that matter so sorry.
iam written thats letter because of heavy traffic jam in that area & also heavy

dear sir,
in survey no 604 & 605 govt. lands situtated at subash nagar Alwal trimulgiri under Alwal GHMC some people are illegal constructing plots with out having any proper permission and hence the lands are in dispute with defence and also with local Encrocachments
Hence we pray the govt officals GHMC Alwal shall take an proper Action in the above mentioned and save the govt lands from grabbing .

Hi...This is Aravind from Mehedipatnam, HYD...Its not a compliant..but I need some info on BPS scheme..I own a flat and I want to know when the GHMC will publish a notification for BPS ( Building Penalization scheme) for new applicants...When enquired with GHMC, Khirathabad office...found that they are stilll processing for old applicants only and no info with them about new applicants...I am planning to sell my flat and found that until this BPS is done, banks are not issueing any loans...So I need to get this done ASAP...Please let me know when can I see any notifiction about this?

I request the you to from this dt. 04/07/10, whatever, wherever the constructions permission is given by you GHMC in hydearbad and outskirts, pls put some restrictions to follow the rules- like leaving space between house to house or complex, apartments and ask them allow space for water harvesting and plant atleast one tree per every100 sqyd house (only G+1), complexes apartments (only 5 floors) basing on their land and construtuon area ask them maintain these rules.
otherwise city will be get polluted in all the way like closer living, properventiallation, etc .

Sub : Ganesh katta did not removed till now.
Sir,
I request you take a proper action on ganesh katta which is not removed till know .
Starting it it was just a shed with a base floor of 3 feet height from the ground and it is build in the front of my house on the road . When we say them to remove that katta, they are argumenting and they are using a street language.
And when said the same thing yesterday they are saying that they will be construting a puccka RCC house in the front road of my house,
please i request you to take the action ASAP.

Iam living in Allugadabavi, Mettuguda, sir in area survey number 83 municipal toilets and Water Tank is there from my childhood, now slowly water tank is occupied and now behind the toilets open land should be there and 20feets street road and open lane is there today water tank is collapsed and 20feets street road is occupied by huts and living there from few years and not paying any taxes and today Three floors Building Construction is going on there How they getting the permission what the survey people doing there I cant understanding that and mostly thing is people cont go to toilets there because easily find out from there houses it is inconvenient to ladies so kindly take sum action
and do needful to us.

I am a residence of Afzal Sagar New Mallepally, Hyderabad. As all knows it s slum area people who r living there is un educated as there was no proper service of water. And as well as this is summer people need water much then food . In my area there r two hand pump but not working since two years we had complaint for many times but there is no response at all . but i kindly request to GHMC department to plz repair atleast that hand pump so tat people can have sufficient water from it and as well as we can save drinking water. And the other request is also tat cleanliness there is no proper environmental condition from the NAFEES HOSPITAL, GHALATA MASJID, and well on nala. So plz kindly response my complaint Sir/Madam.

Kindly refer Grievance Reg.No.11tpg1154, action was initiated by ACP18 & stopped the work in encroached CC Road & GHMC children Play Ground & submitted ATR, on the direction of City Planner, Secbad. But, Santoshimaa Temple private management(trespassers) ignored notice of the GHMC authorities, started illegal construction of Basement stone masonary, Plinth beams, & RCC pillers in encroached GHMC(Govt.land)children play ground and completed the 18 RCC Pillers. It is to inform that the Action Taken Report (ATR) submitted by ACP-18 to CP, Secunderabad in response to the Grievance 11tpg1154 (copy attached) it is clear that unauthorised construction was going on in the encroached GHMC CC Road & GHMC children Play Ground and the same was stopped by ACP-18.
Subsequently, the same ACP-18, Secunderabad reported dated 17-3-2011 & 28-3-2011 inresponse to Grievance 11tpg1194, 11tpg1195 (copy attached) stated that ' No construction work is in progress'. But, whereas the fact is that the trespassers have successfully removed the Children Playing Equipment, Cut the Green Trees and completed Foundation Basement stone masonary, Plinth beams, & 18 RCC pillers and planning to complete slab by sunday. Such a massive unauthorised construction is in progress in the encroached GHMC chidren play Ground and ACP-18, Secunderabad along with his AE Mr Sai, reporting such a false report to his higher authorities by colluding with private temple management (trespassers) is clearly 'unbecoming of Government Servant'.
Hence, I hereby hubly request the GHMC Authorities to kindly inspect the Children Play Ground and take suitable necessary action against the trespassers and the GHMC officers who are colluding with the trespassers.
KINDLY SAVE CHILDREN PLAY GROUND FROM TRESPASSERS.

Dear Sir
I have parked my car in jade complex opposite paradise hotel in secunderabad they collected 10/rs perhour has parking fees.How can this happen to when they ample car in the cellar of the building the building staff is relected to even answer to people.
Kindly look into the matter with your concern.
I bought car for 4 lacs with loan if i have to daily 20to 50 rs with petrol..
My life in hyderabad is waste.

My neighbour’s Shekhar (Police constable) who is residing at 6-3-1192/21, started constructing his house in the month of December, 2008. He started contructing his house in 120 yrds. For this house he don’t taken any permission from authorities Since today Roof is going on G +3, Pillars already started for G+ 4 Floor,
Without permisssion how many floor he can be Construct?
But he has no set back, and we are facing lot of problems &
Ground Foundation is also not good.
If any thing we will say he will say i am the police whom U want to give complain give the complaint.
He construct his total steps on the road & total road has been blocked.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
Several times we went to GHMC office till today no action was taken.
Once again I am requesting to look into the matter and do the needful for me.

This is to bring to your cognizance, the havoc unleashed by the field personnel, attached to G.H.M.C, kapra. We are the residence of nacharam errakunta to karthiyanagar middle of the colony. We would like to bring it to your notice. There is drainage flowing through our area from tarnaka to karthiyanaar for the past 20years. eelier the structure of the drainage was in a straight way and the flow was smooth and fast without any interruption. Unfortunately some unauthorized construction’s have been made in the form of apartment‘s (creative elegance ) by changing the inter drainage structure rout of “C” shape. We feel this happened because of unauthorized occupation of land by the builder’s as for their convinces due to this the drainage flow instructed of gowning in a straight way taking three to four turning’s by causing chocking of garbage at cover point’s resulting the danger’s diseases like causes to colony . as well as surrounding slum area residences who are staying about 1500to 2000 family’s
Further we would also bring it to your notice that this drainage flow is also charring the hazardous materials related to the Vijay dairy, railway work shop like apartments like so on due to the change of the drainage structure this hazardous materials also chocking at caver’s further carting
So, in the light of the foregoing, I request you to cause an enquiry into the matter and see that the drainage flow in a straight line by taking knackery action agonies’ the unauthorized occupants concrete slabs are constructed across the open drains at the earliest possible opportunity .

Sir,
I am a localite of Chappal bazar(kachiguda) area where I see a Tiffin center cum supplying company Dr no 3-3-120 encroaching the land by using asbestos shed which forces the customers to park the vehicles on road and near by shop keepers parking area which is causing a lot of trouble and affecting other's businesses badly.
Request the concerned officials to kindly take necessary action to correct this.

Dear sir,
Iam a resident of H.no: 177, Audiah nagar, R.P. Road Secunderabad. A water tank is existing in front of my house.Due to the overflow of water, during the valve openings. Columns -footings foundation have become runoff. The foundation is loosing its strength and a large decay is formed.
I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter immediately and repair it, before the structure collapses.
