This is to bring to your cognizance, the havoc unleashed by the field personnel, attached to G.H.M.C, kapra. We are the residence of nacharam errakunta to karthiyanagar middle of the colony. We would like to bring it to your notice. There is drainage flowing through our area from tarnaka to karthiyanaar for the past 20years. eelier the structure of the drainage was in a straight way and the flow was smooth and fast without any interruption. Unfortunately some unauthorized construction’s have been made in the form of apartment‘s (creative elegance ) by changing the inter drainage structure rout of “C” shape. We feel this happened because o[censored]nauthorized occupation of land by the builder’s as for their convinces due to this the drainage flow instructed of gowning in a straight way taking three to four turning’s by causing chocking of garbage at cover point’s resulting the danger’s diseases like causes to colony . as well as surrounding slum area residences who are staying about 1500to 2000 family’s





Further we would also bring it to your notice that this drainage flow is also charring the hazardous materials related to the Vijay dairy, railway work shop like apartments like so on due to the change of the drainage structure this hazardous materials also chocking at caver’s further carting



So, in the light of the foregoing, I request you to cause an enquiry into the matter and see that the drainage flow in a straight line by taking knackery action agonies’ the unauthorized occupants concrete slabs are constructed across the open drains at the earliest possible opportunity .

GHMC — Street Light

I am a resident of Paramount Colony Near Gate# 1, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad.
In my area no proper Street light not available. We are facing issue due to this. Please do the needful on priority.

GHMC — Drainage Leakage at Chintalkunta Check Post,

My name is G.V.Prasad, I have been seeing the drinage problem
and getting very bad smell at Chintalkunta check post near L.B.Nagar
Ring Road on N.H.9 from last one month more and also it was happening
regularly in the year. I observed that, this is the third time in the
last one year.

I humbly request you concerned officers/staff of GHMC to
look-up and please rectify the above said problem immediately. This is
the public service, as its god grace to you.

I am a localite of Chappal bazar(kachiguda) area where I see a Tiffin center cum supplying company Dr no 3-3-120 encroaching the land by using asbestos shed which forces the customers to park the vehicles on road and near by shop keepers parking area which is causing a lot of trouble and affecting other's businesses badly.

Request the concerned officials to kindly take necessary action to correct this.

I reside at Audiah nagar, R.P. Road. Totally illegal constructions such as, columns out side the footpath, compound walls, occupying the footpath and road. Kindly take immediate action.

Dear sir,

Iam a resident of H.no: 177, Audiah nagar, R.P. Road Secunderabad. A water tank is existing in front of my house.Due to the overflow of water, during the valve openings. Columns -footings foundation have become runoff. The foundation is loosing its strength and a large decay is formed.

I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter immediately and repair it, before the structure collapses.

meant for public purpose by some anti social elements – Request to
take immediate action – Regarding.

We, all the residents of SRT Colony, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad submit the following few lines for kind consideration and necessary immediate action.

We submit that some anti social elements who are not the residents of the above said locality encroached a corner of Road land which is in front of the houses bearing No.H.No.17-3-118/23/C, 17-3-444, 17-3-445, near Govt. Primary & High School, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad.

We submit that earlier there existed a small religious ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra at the corner Road of SRT Colony, behind this there is a graveyard.

Now some antisocial elements, among them Mr.Khaled (owns sound systems shop) Mr.Addu(pet name) and others started illegal constructions on the public Road which the Housing Board Authorities used earlier for public purpose of the SRT Colony, Yakuthpura, with malicious intentions by extending this ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra in the name of religious purpose, occupying around 800 sft. Road land (some photos of this illegal construction are enclosed for your kind reference).

Previously at this place and in the graveyard which is behind this ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra many illegal activities went on and even incidents such as murders had happened, which can be checked with the local Police Station, Rein Bazar, Hyderabad.

When the residents of this locality stands against this illegal constructions, these anti social elements gathered in night hours in an inebriated condition threatened our families with dire consequences using filthy language, because of this reason and with fear no person is coming forward to complain or object against this illegal construction on this Road which is meant for public purpose. Sir, if this is allowed, it will be a great nuisance for our locality, school children, but also causes inconvenience for the common public as the Road will become narrow and this kinds of construction will be an encouragement to the land grabbers and anti social elements to keep such illegal constructions going on.

We, therefore humbly request your good self to take necessary immediate action in this matter, stop this illegal construction on the Road in the above said locality in the interest of our locality and also in the interest of common public.

For this act, we all the residents of SRT Colony, Yaktuthpura, Hyderabad will ever be grateful to you Sir.

GHMC — Road State in Mushk Mahal Huda colony

Roads in Mushk Mahal Huda cololny were dug up but while being patched it was done with just mud and stones and not concrete. Due to rains this is all washed out and roads are in dangerous state
Road from Hanuman temple in Attapur to No. 9 chowrashta is having huge craters.

Dear friends from GHMC. Roads in Mushk Mahal Huda colony attapur are in bad state , it is a hindrance for school children, please help . The roads have been patched using mud which has flown away in rains.

GHMC — MAKE IT NORMAL ROADS

I am staying at GANESH NAGAR, CHINTAL, HYDERABAD-500057, we find the dig up cement road on 21st May,2012, the work is closed on June month, still not yet make the normal or smooth road, in rainy we are facing lots of health problem due to the mud water flowing in this time very horrible to walk in school time with the kids, the entire road will covered with water in there we have to very difficulty to walk even though confuse stage where is drainage holes is there, but there was no dangers symbol are keeping, Hence all those Concerned authorites concerned with all the roads repairs and renovation.
We are requesting the Concerned Authorities and any other authorized person who is concerned regarding he pathetic conditions of all the roads in Ganesh Nagar (Chintal) and get them right at the earliest.

Illegal construction o[censored]nauthorised construction on compoundwall of our Building.

I am the resident of newly constructed building at house bearing No.34-130/113(Old No.38-120 Part)on plot bearing No.133 in survey No. 221/1 and 228/1, admeasuring 250 squar yards situated at Balaji Nagar (Near Brindavan colony) Neredmet X roads opp. Municipal Hospical adjasent to Bharni colony. My neighbour plot owner Shri Rebba Reddy has constructed two portions with toilets with asbestors roof, just on our building compound wall which is totally unauthorised and illegal construction. The toiltes are just next to our pooja room, which is against natural justice. Therefore, I kindly request you to arrange for immediate demolistion of the constructon which is causing nuisence to our residence.

GHMC — No Garbage collector

Garbage collectors setup is required in Kondapur, Raghavendra colony ,behind Raghavendra swamy temple. The premises has many vacant plot in which garbage is thrown at will and not really bothered about cleaning or centralizing the garbage around. When it rains it stinks like hell and as it is of gravel road water flows in and out along with the garbage. An immediate action on setting up GC would make life happier and development faster.

My neighbour’s Late (Fiaz Ali ) family member are residing at 23-1-73/3, adjacent to Mandir lane Moghalpura adjacent to my house are trying to start constructing there house without leaving space for setback. As I came to Know that they did not get the permission for GHMC to construct.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Several times we went to GHMC office Sardar Mahal till today no action was taken.

Once again I am requesting to look into the matter and do the needful for me.
