[Resolved]  GHMC — online activation of PTIN for Tax Payment

My PTIN is [protected] and the address of the property is 7-1-58/sc/102-a Surekha Chambers, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
I am living at Chennai . Since Jan 2013 the propeerty is closed and I am not getting any rent on it.
Am I eligible for any concession on the tax payment due to the reason that I am not getting any rent and moreover I am paying EMI to the bank for loan against that property.
Please advise me how to pay the tax from Chennai ?
How do I get the receipt back from GHMC ?
Do I get any concession on TAX ?

Dear Sir,

We have an old house which is not yet registered in Tax system since we couldn't find any PTIN number. Age of house if about 21 years and willing to start paying taxes as annual basis and would like to know its procedure to start and how to get PTIN number, hope you dont see any penalties and response would be appreciated and thanks!.
