Gifts-To-India.com — Did not deliver the ordered items

I have ordered rakhi and they same it will be delivered next day and still it is not delivered but they had already cut the amount from my account.I called the customer service and they didnt respond well. They gave me only one answer" your order will be delivered very soon". Please have a look into this soon as others like me will not be cheated.
