I wish to register this complaint. I also want you to show this to other people. This site is making people fool. They are making false promises.The site is www.gifts-to-india.com. Note the site carefully as there is some other site also with similar name.

On the Mouthshut.com also, there are so many complaints for this websites. We must do something. When we write to Customer Care, they do not respond properly.

Non-delive?ry of Rakhi on the promised Date: Ref No: CSD:[protected].

You wrote ( 8/3/2012 1:04:59 PM ) :Order id HGTI[protected] At the time of placing this order it was being anmounced on your website that " You are still taking orders for Rakhi Delivery on the same day". I placed the order and made the payment. I also recd a confirmation message that the delivery date is 2nd August 2012.

Till this moment The order is not delivered. The fellow called my brother in the morning 3/8/2012 and said that he will be coming today to deliver the rakhi. If you cannot fulfil the requests why you make false promises. I need a refund. I will be constrained to complaint on the Consumer Court.Meghana Sawant [protected] Doha Qatar
