I purchased gift item on 28th may 2012 from internet banking which was to be delivered at pitampura on 28th may 2012 midnight as commited by the person.
Neither the gifts were delivered nor they attended my calls afterwards.There was no point delivering the gifts late as birthday was gone .I already confirmed from them that i will purchase voucher only if they promise to deliver it on time.But they were unable to keep their words.
I called them N number of times but there was no response.The only time they picked up and that too talked very rudely and started abusing
Customer shud be intimated about the status of the ordered whether it is processed or delivered on time or not so that in future he can find alternative and not dependent on them.
