[Resolved] Gillette India Limited — Cheating | |||
To Whom it may cocern, I purchased an Gillette "MACH3" Shaving razor PKD:12/09 from Thakkar shoppe at kolbad Thane West on 11th May 2010 since an lucky draw was on, i.e. "Buy a Mach3 razor. And you could win a Honda Civic" After openining the strip, i scratched the code inside the strip and immediately i sms'd it 4 times to the number provided along with my name. But to my disbelief, I got a reply all 4 times stating, "sorry, this code has already been used". How come is this possible from a company like Gillette? Is that the company is taking consumers for a ride or is it that Gillette India has found a way of cheating the consumers by throwing such offers. Seems like Gillette is facing losses and want to cover them by doing all such kind of cheating acts. I want this to get rectified and stop cheating consumers or esle i will be forced to go the consumer court along with the packet and the bill.
