Gillette Shaving Foam - Bad Quality

I bought Gillette Shaving foam last year( mid of 2011). Initially, quality of foam was fine like thick foam by which shave can be done easily. Before one year of expiry, foam became like water. (even after much shaking ) When apply to face, it did not stick properly and not able to shave properly. It seems product lost its stability. Also from bottom of the bottle, shaving foam leaking. i put bottle in reverse direction so it dont leak. I kindly request Gillette Quality control lab and customer care that kindly improve quality of foam or do some change in expiry date.
