[Resolved]  Giriraj Motors Pvt Ltd — Not servicing of my Car

My Name is Virender Singh Hooda From Gurgaon I had purchased a new Skoda Laura in December'08. After 6 Months I am one of the worst sufferers of this idiotic company and stupid Laura. My problem is with both the car as well as the service.I had to tow away the car to the Skoda showroom M/s Giriraj Motors Pvt Ltd Gurgaon Sector-32. they can replaced a part it under warranty. The cars A/C is does not work and lots of problem I am facing under service period but nobody ready to listen while I went to service showroom
They just saying that parts of Laura is not available.

Now skoda service Centre in Gurgaon is simply refusing that its not their fault.. and they are tending to move backward.. not accepting input from my side. I went to Skoda showroom many times they simply says Parts of Car is not available in our showroom and I heard same thing from last 4-5 months . This is something which is pinching me a lot after all i faced with this car..

I was planning to buy the new Laura Ambiente next month - but now have dropped the idea after having experiences. i am going filed a case against the defective laura A/C in the court ..
