I am the mother of KATHERINE PEARL B. SARABIA, 14 years old, a student of Iloilo National High School, Special Science Class- 3rd year. My daughter was prescribed by her attending Physician Dr. Japhet P. Gensaya- Fernandez de Leon, M.D, FPPA to take your medicine Lamotrigine Lamictal 50 mg tablet. Due to your medicine, my daughter is now TERRIBLY SUFFERING from Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. She is in SEVERE PAIN, every inch of her body is FULL of PAINFUL, BLEEDING BLISTERS. Her medications especially IV IG cost us a big fortune! And expenses are still going on! She is running for Honors in her class. She has to be absent from her class for she had been confined at St. Paul’s Hospital, Iloilo City, Philippines, Room 314 since September 7, 2010 until the present. I am appealing to your sense of humanity and responsibility to immediately defray the expenses for all her medical needs and hospitalization. I expect to get immediate financial assistance for my daughter whose dream to have honors in her class is shattered by your BAD, BAD, BAD medicine. If you fail to help us and my daughter now. I was trying to get help with my co-pay for my medecine. I called 3 weeks ago & was told they would send me a card to cover my co-pay. I never heard from them again. I called after 3 weeks & was told "we don't offer help to people with insurance" I was told 3 weeks ago you did. She was so rude. Does this company think people enjoy having to ask for any help in the first place? I found dealing with the people from glaxo smith some of the rudest people I have ever delt with. After 3 WEEKS, they are of no help what so ever. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS, for them to figure that out. AMAZING!
GlaxoSmithKline — adulteration
Dear Sir,I am an old customer, who has been using BOOST from the company mentioned above.Few months before , I saw clay balls are mixed in the product. This clay gets submitted in the bottom after the Boost is dissolved in the milk. I thought it must be energy booster or whatever it is as mentioned on the label. When tasted, to my surprise I see it to be clay. This is very bad for health. Esp of the children and the old whose kidney might get affected.
This has also happened with my next pack of new flavour of chocolate which is in latest introduced.
Keeping in mind, the overall population I bring this to you as a complaint.
Please take immediate steps to rectify the problem.

I had purchased a pack of "Horlicks Nutribic Fiber Rich Digestive Biscuits", with printed net weight as 200gm. However, before opening the pack I felt that the number of biscuits is less. So I weighed the pack and found that the actual net weight is less than 180 gm.
