my name is Salva and i am resident of moradabad ,u.p. .i bought my glen glasshood chimney last year in june.firstly,there was no company label on the chimney as well as no user manual.it got stained a month.atonce i complaint to my dealer but he responded after months.he took the chimney,got it polished and returned.i refused to take it and asked him to talk to company.he told me to keep on using it till company changes it.when i forced him too much,he brought a steel sheet and replaced the stained sheet.there are no indicators on this sheet.i again complaint to him.he said that company has told that it can do only this much and i will come and see.he has not returned till date.at last i told him that i had complained to company he told no problem the company man will come to the dealer first and not to you. i am fed up as i find that the dealer i think has sold a duplicate chimney with your brand name besides its a good costly thing which due to its condition i dont feel like to use or clean.i request the comany as it deal with its image also.my distributors name is agarwal.i rquest the company to send service engineer to me first.
