Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that i placed an order for "GLEN DHANLAKHSHMI OFFER- 4 BURNER COOKTOP+Rs 200GC" dated 21th OCTOBER 2010, against "ORDER NUMBER[protected]" and
"SUB ORDER NUMBER[protected]", After placing order,a letter was received with details of order and product on october 22,2010 with afforementioned information that the "PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE NEXT 10-12 WORKING DAYS". Payment was done by me in cash(Rs.2995) to your courier agent on october 26,2010.

After paying the desired amount,i havent received the product till date,and no information regarding the product as well as the gift coupan has been conveyed to me..

I received assurance message on 9th nov. after my first complaint saying that the product wil be delivered in 2-3 days but this is my second complaint still no action hasent been taken from ur side.

All these activities reflects insincerity and ignorance of your company towards your customers which creates dissatisfaction,distrust and ultimately creates bad impression of your services.

So i request your company to look my matter into consideration and take instant and positive steps.
