Dear Sir,
I have taken the services of Global Logistics Packers & Movers to shift my home material from Mumbai to Chennai. Shipment was booked on 1st Mar'12 and delivered on 21st Mar'12. At the time of delivery itself, I noticed that 2 items were missed (one is TV & Tata sky DTH box and the other one is some kitchen items box) and immediatly calld and informed to Global's representative Mr.Satveer, Mumbai. They found the TV & DTH box in their storage place itself and said that their people might be missed it to load. They promised that they will shipment it in next 4 or 5 days. Where as, they were not able to trace out the 2nd box (kitchen items box) and asked me to deduct Rs2000/- (as compensation) for that 2nd box and pay the remaining balance amount. I have deducted Rs.2000/- for the 2nd box and paid the remaining amount.
They not yet send my TV. I am keep on calling their Mumbai representative Mr Satveer and Head office, Pune too, most of the times they are not taking my call, if they took my call then they are sayiing some stories and keep-on postponing the delivery date. Its already crossed 2 months.
You are requested to intervene and take appropriate action and do needful.
