Yeah even one of my friend got selected thr and from the very next day they asked her to collect money from door to door...totally fraud company...!! They lure the girls by offering high salary. Even a fresher can get 15-20k...so beware of it.

Please don't trust that organization..

At the joining they will say it's a TARGET free organization..

They will promote to next level very soon u join by saying your performance is excellent

After promoting you to next level then they will disclose that there are some TARGETS which are to be achieved to get the salary

If you fail to achieve the targets then u will be paid very less pay for that month which will make u frustrated

For suppose they promised you of 20, 000 to pay they will pay only 13, 000 i[censored] achieve the target of 87, 000 out of 100, 000

I haven't seen such an IDIOTIC work place in my life

Please don't TRUST that FAKE organization and you will loose TRUST in all the NGO'S

Yes Global Vision is cent percent a fraud NGo.
As they hire girls to work with them and give good salaries with higher revenue targets, and if target not compleated then go home. Also they are told not to tell outsider that they are woking for money, but for cancer patiens noble cause.

Watever has been mentioned in ol dese complaints is true...I have had a 1st hand experience of working here.
They wont pay u...moreover they will not pay u fr training (1st 3 days since d date of joining)..
no travelling allowance is provided by them u pay frm ur own pockets...u cant even share ur nos with ur colleagues...incase u do n u are found doing so u r terminated...recently they have come up with a gimmick called CSR n HNI...and its ol fraud..
I really wish something could be done about dese thugs...
I hope the charity commisioner is listening..

Thnq soo very much guy's for making aware, I was suppose to go for tomm interview, after knowing scared to go.I'll sit jobless rather then doing all fraud, illegal thing.God help the innocents.

It has been years since I have worked with this NGO. They actually promise you a world of good like promotion, good pay, good prospects but deliver nothing. The whole module is disgusting, they send these educated girls begging here and there in the name of good deed and charity, they don't pay you on time and actually they not only stalled my salary, they were intending to not pay it altogether, I had to wriggle it out of them. These girls, educated, full of potentials are made to beg every morning. They have very poor exit policy, salary not paid on time, or paid less. Practically frauds
