[Resolved]  Go-Air — Dropped the passenger

Hello ,
Go air one of the worst airline I have ever seen.
My wife was travelling Pune to Lucknow.there was connecting flight from Delhi.
Pune-Delhi flight landed 40min late in delhi.So for connecting flight it was 2:20Pm to report on gate.My wife reached 2:25Pm on gate.They have not allowed to board.
When I have check status of flight on go air site . The flight have take off 2:45pm while it was schedule 2:50pm. The flight have been flied before 5min.
I mean, what kind of bull is this, you have departed flight before time by dropping passenger in Delhi.
When ask to Go air Manager, he said you should supoose to reach on time 2:20pm.Flight depart time , its not your matter.Atleast he should consider that a lady is travelling alone.

I really say, what third class of flights running in India.

Go-Air — Money of consumers kept with airlines in form of Credit Notes

I have cancelled my tkt - CR no.4XZ5TD Srinagar – Mumbai by Go-Air. Now their rep. is informing me that money can not be transferred to my a/c. This is absolutely loot of customers. The information is given is such a way that passengers will get irritated. If I don’t utilize that amount it can be absorbed by Goair.

Secondly inspite of telling them to say Mumbai he kept on saying B'bay. and telling that I will do so because our system says B'bay and not Mumbai.

If airline is keeping amounts of customers for one year why do they take cancellation charges from us. Or they should pay us some interest. This is absolute cheating of the customers.
really, bad customer care..!! they shout train the crew how to talk with passengers.
