[Resolved]  Godrej — Supplying damaged parts in the new product

Just now i have heard again the compressor is damaged so every we have change the compressor already two compressor was replaced so after the guaranty period every year we have expand rs. 10000 for the new compressor. Beware of god at least if you are so dishonest he is watching about your replacing damaged parts with old parts. Who will be responsible of the medicine which is in our fridge after being off more than 48 hours already? Are you going to compensate for it?



Again the same type of problem found the refrigerator is not cooling i thin the compressor is not working which is under guaranty i sending this mail to my friends and also requesting them to send their friends and so on. I am really angry and thinking about to take a weak leave in college and serious go against your company. The only way to save your company from this is to satisfy me for that change those product parts which is give problem in the next two years then i will do reverse against what i have done against you. Now my question is for how long i have inform problem in every fortnight and how much i have to expand after buying a refrigerator cost of rs. 13,000 and a i have expend rs. 1600 + within two year of purchase after buying the refrigerator on 05.03.2009 ? Please take this product from my address and return all the expenditure which is round about rs. 14600 taking my depreciation cost according to the govt. Policy.
