last month iwill a order to rohit bedi approximate amount of 24000 to 25000 but all of mentioned person send me goods of 2.25 lac something when i place a order of required thing they always send me something different from my acctual order and i did not get any replace ment from last two year and our cheqe always got bounce everytime from last two year date of replacement sent by me is 29/08/08 14/03/09

NOW IF THEY ARE LISTENING AND RESPONDING, THEY SHOULD DO AWAY WITH THIS SHAM OF CUSTOMER CARE FOR GODREJ HI CARE LTD. DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER.

Godrej — Company is out of parts to replace my machine under warranty

I have lodge a complaint with godrej smart care ( Godrej Industries) on Saturday 2 Oct 2010 having complaint number 135368.

The problem is not being solved yet and when contacted Godrej the only answer i got is they are running out of stock of parts.

They are sending my Anand (technician) daily since them at my place and he lands up having some or other problem while repairing my machine.

I also made an attempt to talk with Mr.Parmar but he was unavailable.

In fact Miss Archana was not able to justify the situation.

This has being a frustration act and the people on other side are not concerned.

I make a humble request to the authority to take the necessary action before this loyal customer turns into J customer.

I have purchased a refrigerator & oven on 31.10.10 after a few days technician come to check the refrigerator but he didn't tell that the fridge glass is broken inside and it is not in a good condition.Later on when we have check it was broken inside.For oven also he didn't give the demo, he said as it is a gift when you will give it in the month of january then i will come and show the demo but in the bill he has written that he has given the demo for oven.For the last five days i m trying the customer care no, everyday customer care people says that the technician will come within 2 days but no one has turned up yet so far. Godrej provide a horrible customer service.

Godrej — Non-replacement of refrigerator

I had purchased a Godrej Edge (model no. GDE 23 SS4) on 12.12.2010 and the refrigerator started giving problem after a week. I registered a complaint and the technician attending to the complaint was unable to repair it. So, I called up customer care and lodged a complaint again and asked for replacement. I was told that it would be replaced in 3 days. Whereas, even after completion of 3 days I did'nt get an appropriate response. I called customer care almost 10 times. They were not able to tell me the status of my complaint as well as whether the fridge will be delivered or not. I called up many people and every single one washed their hands off giving irrelevant excuses. What should I do? Where do I seek help?

HAIR — AC NOT GETTING REPAIRED IN WARRANTY

I HAD PURCHASED AIR CONDITION FROM HAIR COMPANY IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2010, AND THIS AC STOPPED WORKING AFTER A MONTHS TIME, I LOADGED THE COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY SAID PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. ITS ALREADY 6 MONTHS AND THIS AC IS NOT REPAIRED. KINDLY DO A JUSTICE TO ME AS COMPANY PEOPLE ARE IGNORING MY COMPLAINTS.

i booked a godrej almirah from Godrej Show Room (Kondapur Branch, Hyderabd) on monday 07 Feb 11 am. as i was moving to US on 12 Feb 11 early morning while purchasing I insisted upon timely delivery of the item. It was assured to us by Mr Raju (store manager) that the item will be delivered on 09 Feb 11 pm latest to facilitate our requirements. As there was a lot of packing required before moving to Us timely delivery of almirah was primarily important. However, the slackness and negative attitude from the staff of Godrej has caused an unwarranted delay in almirah delivery. so i would request concerened authority of gaodrej staff to get involved in it and get the almirah delivered ASAP. Item has not been delivered as on date.
Poor service.

Godrej — insufficient cooling

From the day 1 of buying the refrigerator, model no. GDE 19CS4, it is not cooling properly,Our complain no. 398913,, technician reported there is no gas inside the fridge, then we r being told 2 wait for 30 days, for registering a complain about replacing the same, untill we found that , that particular cant be replaced..
my advice to all INDIAN CITIZENS to buy ONLY AND ONLY GODREJ PRODUCTS, as u will b very much satisfied with the after service periods, withen warranty duration..

Godrej — BROKEN MACHINE DELIVERED

Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that I had purchase a Godrej washing Machine as on 26.01.2011 from Great Estern(Tollygung) & they delivered me on 27.01.2011.

But they give me a broken machine.Farther I launch a complain to the autherity.They send to company person & he take photo & assure me that it'll be replace & then everybody stoped.So again I give complain for 3-4 time but no result has come.

It is mentionable that my all house eletronic product are from LG & they all are running fine though i faced problem from it they give me instantly solution & service but 1st time I belive in Godrej & I badly disappointed.

So if you look after this matter then it'll be great.Still I am holding faith on this company now please I want solutions or farther I'll go to consumer forum.
