[Resolved] Godrej Locks — Appeal for attending emergency locking issues | |||
I have installed Godrej main door locks to my flat just 4 months ago. And of all a sudden the lock is not working and I called up Godrej customer call center. Someone provided some help in booking the complaint and also said that it will be attended in TWO days. When I called the customer care it is Saturday night 8:30 PM and it is so frustrating to know that for next two days I need to keep the door unlocked. It is an emergency; i trusted the Godrej locks and none in the apartment have installed the outside door latch which is genuinely not put these days to avoid the attention from the thieves. Even after requesting for an immediate attention OR to provide me the General Manager/MD or some authorized Godrej person’s number to deal such requests, customer care seems to be very immature in handling the case and all that he say to say is that, "i tried from my end and you need to wait for two days" Godrej's policy is worst. Can the company think towards handling such crisis management and provide the world class customer satisfaction for emergencies? Also set an example for really saying that their locks protect our houses? OR is this something which Godrej wants to genuinely trouble people for buying their products? Some services like this need emergency handling and there is no meaning for a wait. What if the godrej's person gets an emergency for his life on a Saturday night and the hospital security/causality people tell him to wait for two working days at the door of the hospital because that is how a hospital is working, would he respect the hospital policy and wait for his death? Locks to home is also very critical and I hope Godrej understands this if they still want to continue this business and be their for the customers else let them close the business and at least not make people suffer at nights and weekends for some of their bad policies which I think is a big gap in their so called safety.
