[Resolved] Godrej Mattress — Pressed and not in shape | |||
I purchased a godrej mattress a 9 months back from a local dealer "Choice Interior " Kolshet Road Dhokali naka opposite Vakratund society Aman park society , thane ( W) . The Mattress now losing its shape and is pressed at many points causing lost of discomfort and back ache. We approached local dealer many time but there is no revert. SirI have purchased one godrej mattress from Jajabar Wood House and after ten days it is depressed condition. I have complained to the shop they are telling that Company man will come and see. When it will happen I don't know. Please help me

I had purchased 2 nos. of godrej ziesta neo on 28.5.09 from Adinath furniture, surat. within 2 months time period. one of the matresses got shape out lead back pain. i complined in adinath furniture 2 weeks back. still no response. so i decided to book a compliant in the customer care of godrej.We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
