yesterday i have filed a complaint but no response was found. Today we had Mr.Praveen a technician from kothagudem who visited our place Sathupally and after looking into h matter he made an estimate of Rs.2000/- to rectify the problem i have mentioned earlier. Yesterday i also made a call to Godrej customer care where i was convinced telling that a senior technician will be visiting us very shortly and will guide us for a better solution. I don't know whether this Mr.Praveen is the same technician promised me by the customer care? we are in a very great dilemma because Mr.Raghu Ram (technician of Khammam dist) assured me in the month of may that if you would like to replace the piece 60% of he amount of the fridge will be given back to you and you can have another piece of your choice paying he remaining amount. When i told he same thing to the owner of Metro Electronics Sathupally he plainly refused to accept it and approached Mr. Raghu Ram he was interested in purchasing it. Today i asked the same Mr.Raghu Ram remanding him of his words to replace the fridge of 60% of amount he refused saying that your fridge is not worth of that much cost.
Sir i have purchased this piece from Metro Electronics Sathupally in Jan 2011 at a cost of 12500/- where in i have the bills of the purchase but Mr. Raghu Ram says it is not that much cost. It clearly means we customers havebeen fooled by the dealer. in this respect kindly show me a permanent solution otherwise i would have to knock the door of the Consumer court tot get a legal justice for this.
