[Resolved]  Godrej -Refrigerator — Complaint Registration

Godrej — not fulfilling the warranty

We buy ur Godrej pentacool (double door, frost free) refrigerator. Its warranty period is upto[protected]. and this is enrolled in their office computer system
We complain dated 26th May 2008( service call no. 721932) to solve the problem.when v complaint to Mr. Naresh on 27537710 etxn. 3 he informed and confirmed that our warranty period is valid. And v have to pay just the visiting fee of the technician.
Where as Somebody fromm godrej office again call, informing that, v have to pay 1750/- rupees for changing compressor. V inform that, our warranty period is still valid
I am really confused of different fees info. From godrej offices. One, is Considering for the Warranty, other one seeking loopholes in the conditions Of the warranty. Nobody coming out with clear picture, and are serious to Solve the problem of the customer. One technician from godrej office changed the TIMER and took Rs. 500/- . I am really upset from ur office, from Ur technicians, and from ur behaviour with the customers for delaying. Is this suitable for a prestigious company like godrej??

Goodrej Refrigrator — Service request not attended past one week

Hi,

I have a Goodrej refrigerator and have a problem with not working. I have booked complaints on 01st September 2008 through their customer service and have received a complaint registration ref no 994659. But unfortunately no one have attended the case despite repeated reminders and having a warranty. Goodrej from my experience has the worst after service response and the i regret in buying the product. I'm not sure if this will help me in any way but want to register to ensure they improve the service which is pathetic.

Last year around in the month of July, 2008 i had purchased Godrej 180 ltr fridge with my hard earned money. 2 days after fridge was installed at my house i noticed that the door of freezer is not properly fitted or there was some problem in the design of door. I complained the same to shopkeeper who inturn informed the service cetnre of Godrej. Thereafter at least 3-4 times mechanics from Godrej have come to my home but were unable to fix the problem. Now they have stopped listening to us. This is pathetic. I have trusted this brand, now I know that this Godrej brand is pathetic brand and should be discarded by every Indian. Go to other foreigner brands at least they care for our problems. Go to hell with all indian brands. These people do not want go give service but want to hefty amounts of money for their useless product.

Godrej — No Attention to compliants n bad quality compressor

Hi i face problem after buying a godrej Refrigerator. day 1 itself the compressor was not funtioning and after repeated compmaints they changed it.
Thereafter each 9-11 months my compressor used to malfunction.

After so many complaints also they did not send any service engineer to repair it.

it really sucks in this summer.

pls help me out.

Godrej Refrigerator — problem occurring in refrigerator due to which it it has stopped functioning.

we had purchased a refrigerator from godrej company. Now a major problem has occured in it due to which it has stopped functioning from the past 1 week. this has caused immense trouble. We have already filed a complaint in the customer care several times but no one has reverted yet. Godrej is a reputed company and such neglegence towards the grieviences of the customer is not appreciable on the companies part. We have tried contacting M/S. GUNJAN ELECTRONICS, but have recieved no response to our calls. We would like to request u to kindly look in to the matter and resolve this issue urgently.

there is almost a similar problem to me too...and now the compressore has finished off
NEVER BUY A GODREJ REFRIGRETOR...
BECAUSE when u tell the problem ...technician gives the excuses and try to make u do external expenses(like stablizer le lijiye to thik rahega...contract extend karwa lijiye...garmi bahut jyada hai...ye frige to kanpur ke liye bana hi nahi ...etc.etc)..
if it is so then why u sell this firge in kanpur?????

I have purchased Godrej Referigerator EON model 240ltrs from SMITA Electronics, Kinnigoli, Mangalore DK in Feb 2011. Since end of November 2012 I am facing cooling problem (No cooling). Umteen times I have called the Godrej Customercare but no one is comming . Can you please look into the matter.

V.K. CUSTOMER CARE, RAM NAGAR, MANDI(HP. THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF GODREJ repaired the refrigerator (godrej) by replacing the comennor (godrej) on 14.05.2012and charged rupees 3800/- for the same. but the regrigerator again stopped working within a week. a 12 months warranty has been given for the working of the commensal the said customer care centre was time and again contacted on the mobile numbers provided on the cash memo, but all in vain. now they are not attending the calls . Do help us on the issue and kindly send a your designated person for redressal of the grievance.

Dear sir,
I purchase single door refrigerator from vi jay sales goregoan (Mumbai) .Also i extended the warranty period. In warranty period door had problem of corrosion.With customer care i got new door under warranty but after replace the door i facing the problem of low cooling because of old door gasket.Now service team saying that you take the new gasket on chargeable basis. I do not know you people given new door & with using old gasket. This is surprising.
