Tearing of clothes in Godrej eon front loading washing machine

Hi,

I am VR Prasad Babu Nerella, purchased Godrej eon front loading washing machine on August 31st 2011. From day 1, we have trouble that clothes are getting torn in the washing machine and lodged so many complaints with the service desk team. But no body did anything. Finally I had a big fight and then they agreed to replace the washing machine and they have done the same. Pathetically I am facing the same issue clothes are getting torn now even with the replaced one. So I demanded them for a refund and take their machine back. It is been 3 weeks and they are not responding properly on this. All the executives are not picking the calls and so I decided to lodge a complaint with consumer forum. I am attaching the scanned copy of the bill for reference. I have spoken with Kushal, Raghu executives from Godrej
