Poor Service

Hi all,
I am sapna devi, i have requested Godrej company for service but they can't give me any response. i told him for service at least 15 times . My last complaint number is 124366.
i want my Washing machine back.

This is to bring into your notice that i've lodged a complaint regarding some problem in my washing machine on saturday, but m really sorry to say that till date nobody has turned up . Since then i m regularly calling up ur customer care but of no use. Even today i had a word with one of ur executive, & m very surprised to know that they have updated sombody's visit to my place without even visiting!!! Pathetic Service...i must say. Pls confirm till when the problem will ractified. Pls find my details :

GODREJ COSTUMER CARE OF DELHI DIVISION.MY COMPALIN NO. IS 430017 DATED 1/10/2010.BUT THEY NOT RESPONDING ME.I COMPLAIN TO SENIOR OFFICER MR.HARI,MR SACHIN,MR SANDEEP & MR PRINCE.BUT THEY ALSO NOT
RESPONDING IN THIS MATTER.HE SAY THIS MACHINE PART IS NOT AVALABLE IN STOCK.MY COMPALIN IS 25 DAYS OLD.
