I booked flight tickets from GOIBIBO.COM on 24th Dec 2009 through DEBIT Card.
But,due to website failure,my flight amount Rs. 12858/- got debited from my bank account.
I called lot of times,but the call centre executives,supervisors even Manager Mohit,they all lied to me,Everytime they told that my refund will process within 7 business days.
Now,It has been almost 1 month and i did not get my money back.
I spent the whole month borrowing money from others as my salary was spent in booking tickets from another company's website.
I suffered a lot and would like to suggest to not to book any tickets from GOIBIBO.They cheat people.

Kindly help.

The same happened with me, I was charged twice, this company is a FRAUD, Now it has been two months.No one should buy from them.

IBIBO is a fraud company.Did anyone of you guys get your money back. I have spoken to my lawyer already, we are moving towards filing a case against them on FRAUD CHARGES.

Yes its very true I am also one among them effected with this.. I too lost money this is FRAUD for sure...

Dost its My personnel advice who travel frequently be carefull and dont use this site for travel booking. use other site you may pay extra 100 or 200 not more but if you use this site you will be in four digit loss for sure its written gaurntee from mee...

Sad that I didn't read the review earlier, and and to experience the FRAUD CHARGES first had.

I was booking a return ticked from Bangalore to Mumbai due to website failure the Bangalore to Mumbai ticked wasn't booked and only the Mumbai-Bangalore ticket was booked.

The total round trip cost of the ticked was Rs 5, 497. While booking the ticked I had clearly noted that the forward ticked would cost Rs 2, 767 and the return would cost me Rs 2, 730. But the refund I received was a partly sum of Rs 2, 462.

For my Bangalore to Mumbai trip I had to book my tickets again by spending another Rs 2, 967.

So a total loss of Rs 505 plus the money and time that I had to spend on phone calling their call centre.

The company is a real fraud. I was scam as well by them. They show the fares by which i booked ticket from pune to delhi from them. After booking they didnt send any confirmation. So i called them after 5 minutes of ticket booked. They assure me i will get the mail soon for PNR number and e-ticket. After 3 hours they call me and demand Rs.6000 more or threatened to cancel my booking. I had heated argument with them and then they simply send me mail even when i asked them to get call from their manager. They are scam and now from what you all people experienced i scared of not getting my money back from them.

Please guys dont go on this website anytime.

GOIBIBO is a fraud company, they do not even have any call centre or consumer complaint wherein a person can even register his problem, they deducted 1800 rupees from my account but they have not issued me the ticket and put my ticket on hold, theres no way that i can contact them, never book tickets through them ever in your life. i am going to the cyber crime department now

This company is a big looter fraud company. They have processed my payment, not given me ticket and no customer support answers on their cal center. Their chat is also answered by an automated bot not a real human being. You cannot even write to their management as you require service ticket number but there is no place to generate one.
Real looters and a big fraud.

Goibibo is a really fraud company, I am a frequent international traveller. October i booked my international ticket from frankfurt to coimbatore (Via -Mumbai). There are 2 PNR .one is from Frankfurt to mumbai which is valid and one is from Mumbai to coimbatore which is Invalid.After reaching i came to know the same.Last minute i spend almost 15k and they confimed they will refund within 7 days.But its almost 4months still they didnt refund my money .

Strongly suggest dont book any service from this ### company.
