[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Failed transaction | |
Hi, If a transaction fails GOIBIBO.COM is not refunding the money immediately they are not responding properly if we contact them through mail or phone. First they are not suppose to charge for a failed transaction even their FAQ says that they are charging for failed transaction...then if they are not ready to refund the money back in time will they be ready to pay the interest that credit card charges for that transaction.... FAQ from http://goibibo.ibibo.com/faq/ 3. I entered my payment details and submitted ths information. My card is charged but I see a blank screen. What now? We're really sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't worry. We'll call you within four hours and complete this booking offline. We suggest you do not try booking again as you may end up getting charged twice.
