[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Online Ticket Fraud | |||
We booked bus tickets from Mumbai to Ahmedabad via GOIBIBO. When we reached to the specified travel agency for our Journey, we came to know that the tickets which we were shown as ours are not booked on our name, it's been of some other travellers. When we asked customer care about same, instead of arranging another tickets for us, they just offered returns. Was this information helpful? | |||
