[Resolved] Goibibo.ibibo.com — Reimbursements | |||
Hi, Booking id - GOFLDCDEF[protected] Site - Goibibo (Flight booking) I have booked a ticket on Goibibo online site for travel on 14th Dec for my dad, Mr. Suresh Prakash Khandelwal, and the ticket gets cancelled as airline did not confirmed the booking. (this itself was strange from a consumer's point of view, why do you give a successful transaction message until airline confirms). Neways, goibibo confirmed that full amount will be reimbursed to my account within 7 working days. On 11th Dec 2011 i got this confirmation. It was a connecting flight. Within 7 days i got reimbursement for the ticket from Kolkata to Mumbai, but the amount from Mumbai to Indore is still pending. Its been almost 1.5 months now and still the amount is pending from their side. I complained it to Go Ibibo customer care around 10 times, every time they say it will be reimbursed in 3-4 working days, but still i am waiting for my money. Kindly look into this issue as now i find it completely irrelevant to call to their customer help line any more.
