refund of money

hi
2 of my transactions failed during booking.money deducted from my account.
its been 5 days,still i dint get the refund.
Trn ids - 018705 (16-Feb)and 051078(17-Feb).
please look into and reply back.
i dont know y it takes so much time to refund.
