Dear Sir, Thank you very much for giving the oppurtunity to upload our complaints on the net. I want to raise voice throught your Forum that ours is democratic Government of the people for the people and by the people. It is the people who is holding the ultimate power. But it seems that people are being tortured by our leaders. People want redresell of their greivances as early as possible but the leade wants to maintain them as long as possible. It said that the investment of the leade is to maintain the problems rather than finding the solution. tha 's what is happening in India. When the Golden Forest India Ltd. was established and collecting hudge amout of money from the people of India, Our leaders were sleeping none of the leader or controlling authority stop it. when the firm collected billion of rupees from the people, then our Govt. woke up and stoped the company. Never ending cases were filed in different courts/ consumer courts etc. Our Hon'able Supreme Court has also given the final verdit in favour of the investors. Commission has been constituted and chairman has been appointed. Commission has been working for the last more than five years. It seems that there is no mechanism to have a mid term appraisal of the working of the Commission because it is the public money and not the leaders money. Why our leaders are still sleeping not bothering about the repayment of the money collected by the Commission by selling the properties of the company. Please help us in getting our hard earned money by speeding up the work of the Commission. I with my wife Usha Sharma have invested more than Rs. 40, 000/= in 1995. But now it seems that all is lost. All the Original documents have already been taken away by the Commission five yers back. It was also told that no correspondence should be made with the Commission. It is really very shameful to discuss the matter regarding investment of huge money in Golden Forest.
But the return of such money, exploited by some hawkers in Court. In this session, all investors claim their though to return their money as soon as possible.
The case not bother onmy common peaple it capture the whole calss of people in their storm, very measurable just like flood spread through out the world.

I have deposited an amount of Rs.5.00 lacs in Golden forests in 1997 for a period of 7 years, now the company closed. By selling the lands, I have invested the amount, now the land worths approximately Rs.2.00 crores, its not believable. But I have lost everything. Please help the status of case in Supreme Court. When RK syal and his family has no money how can they fight such a long case?...how can he get his kids married in such a lavish style?...how his kids are living luxurious lives?...how come he drinks and smokes and lives a comfortable lifestyle in jail?...dont tell me all this is happening without police consent...certainly our corrupt police is going hands in hands with them.
all this money that they are spending belongs to the investors and it is been used for their comfort and buying our notorious police.
how can somebody sell land against supreme courts orders...there has been no investigation into his kid's activities...everybody in the police department knows what is happening...but there is quiet silence about it.
Friends, a criminal with lot of money can beat our system very easily...that is the fate of this country.
I still wait for the day when our journalists asks the right questions.
I still wait for the day when our police will have some integrity.
till then friends, the fittest will survive and syals will rule.
