I came to know about the proposal seeking land for erection of Mobile Phone tower through advertisement. Accordingly I contacted the GODLEN STAR NETWORKS and as per their direction i deposited a sum of Rs.6, 200/- into their Axis Bank bearing account No.[protected]. After depositing the amount I once again informed to GOLDEN STAR NETWORK and got the registration No.TN01951343#10. The IFSC CODE IS[protected] . But afterwards when i tried several times the phone number remains dead. There was no response or reply from GOLDEN STAR NETWORKS. I have the Axis bank deposit challan as proof of my aforesaid deposit. My contact number is [protected]. I herewith request the consumer complaint forum to take steps to suspend the account number in Axis bank and take further steps to solve my problem.

these people are still very active and trying to defraud many other people, toady only i checked AMAR UJALA classified, chandigarh and found these ads and then i called them to verify and to my surpice there were these 2 females who were telling me to deposit 4650 for registration and then they will visit in a very rude way and not giving details, i asked 5them the mode of payment and will they deduct T.D.S and she got confused and said that they will pay in self and no t.d.s will be deducted and when i further enquired she disconnected by saying that i should check there website www.goldenstarnetworks.com, and after that i saw 3-4 similar adverrtisment and tried calling those number and surpricingly all ads belong to one person and those 2 females are attending all numbers and misleding people by saying that she is talking from narwana, madhyapradesh, gurgoan, one of them slur while talking and when i confronted here, she disconnected again ...so, people beware . i guess i just saved my few thousands .

Today I.e.on 21.12.2011 ads were published in TIMES OF INdia Chennai by 1) air band 2) Digitalspectrum for cellphone towers. The manner of talking by tele callers is similar as mentioned in the golden network complaint. I want to know whether they are genuine companies. How to get details about them?

In similar manner ads are placed in chennai times of India on 21.12.2011 by air band and digital spectrum companies. Without furnishing any details they demand to pay Rs.5500 refundable(?) deposit. How to confirm their genuineness?
