I have subscribed the Magazine Good Housekeeping India in the month of July 2011. They expect the readers to wait till 15th of every month to receive their copies. but I have been complaining since starting I have missed October 2011 issue and also have not received the May 2011 issue. I have subscribed the magazine for one year. The India Today group does not reply promptly even after several complaints via email and phone calls none of the employees of the company are bothered to talk and take the responsibility as well. Kindly help.
