I HAVE BOOKED A CONSIGNMENT THROUGH GOODLUCK COMMERCIAL SERVICE THROUGH CN NO_31056348 DATED 23/04/2012.BUT ON DELIVERY IN GUWAHATI,ASSAM, THE GOODS WERE RECEIVED IN TOTALLY BROKEN & DAMAGED CONDITION.THEREAFTER,AFTER REPEAT COMPLAIN TO MR,PRAKASH JAIN ON HIS MOBILE,NO RESPONSE OR COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN TO US. THEREFORE YOU ARE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND OBLIGE. LOOKING FORWARD FOR A REPLY URGENTLY.THANKS.
