I have got a email from Mr. Cox Rooney, that GOOGLE / REDIFFMAIL CORPORATION LOTTERY has organized a 2010 Lootery win promotion in which I Have won a amount of £5,000,000.00.

I am sure that this is a fake email, can you please find out the reason of sending such fake mails to people.
Also please tell me where should I complaint for this so that I'll not get any such emails from next time...
