[Resolved]  Grace super market — Cheating bill

Respected Sir,

I am Krishnamoorthy, residing at No.49, Ground Floor, Mosque Street, Vadapalani, Chennai-26.

I have purchased a Hair oil pack named "Meera" 100ml from the below mentioned Shop on 11/05/2011 at 06:54:58 PM.

Complaint:

The price mentioned on that pack is "MRP (Incl of all taxes) Rs: Tamilnadu & Pondicherry - 12/-, Other than Tamilnadu & Pondicherry - 14/-". But they billed for me as "MRP: 16.00, Rate: 15.50, Value:15.50". When I enquire about this to the biller, He did not provide proper response. As a consumer I want to know the real fact for this. So Thus I have paid Rs.15.50. and got that product for complaint purpose.
