[Resolved] Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd — Deficiency in service | |||
We have purchased one Water Heater (Make : JAIPAN) from your showroom at 102 Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata 34 on 10.01.13. The Water Heater is out of order for more than 3 months. Despite making repeated phone calls (at least 60-70 times) to your showroom not a single person has visited our place to repair the same, although on each & every occasion it was assured that the problem would be looked into within ‘next 24 hours’. On 21.09.13 we visited the showroom personally and lodged complaint with the in-charge of the showroom. He took a copy of the cash memo and assured us that he would make arrangement for its repairing immediately. More than 72 hours have elapse since then, the problem remains absolutely unattended. We are now going to lodge complaint with the Consumer Forum claiming adequate compensation for deficiency of service on your part. Was this information helpful? | |||
