[Resolved]  Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority — No response has been given in respect of BHS - 11 scheme as by the aforesaid authority

I am quite agree with the complaint made by Sh. Rohit Bararia as I am also an aspirant of the scheme of BHS - 11, which was being organized by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and I also paid the initial amount of Rs.35, 000/- and inspite of it it was assured by the GNIDA that the draw in the above scheme will be carried out in the month of May, 2009. But no notice in this regard has been published by the above authority. This put question mark upon the reliability of the above Authority.

These kinda things are quite obvious and taken for granted as far as GNIDA is concerned. I, too is one of the aspirant like you. It seems we need to be on favours of the authority to declare a date of draw.

We really feel helpless...

Not sure how GNIDA works. This is definatly not a way of a responible authority..Who is the head of this organiation. Why all concern person in pin drop scilence. dont they feel if draw get late they will get heavy penalty or pay back the money with interest... I guess they are waiting for the same... cross your fingers hope for not a scam again...

It is submitted that I applied a flat under the scheme of BHS - 11 of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and in this regard initially a registration amount, which the aforesaid authority prescribed was also deposited. It will not be needless to say that it is quite aggrieved to realize that there is neither response and nor any information has been published as to when the draw in the aforesaid scheme will be held. It is also to be noted that the draw, in the aforesaid scheme i.e. BHS - 11 of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, was to be held in the Month of May, 2009 in accordance with the publication of advertisement in regard to the aforesaid scheme.

I am adopting this mode to convey my aforesaid complaint to the concerned authority with the best ray of hope and positivity.

It is also to be noted that the draw, in the aforesaid scheme i.e. BHS - 11 of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, was to be held in the Month of May, 2009 in accordance with the publication of advertisement in regard to the aforesaid scheme, but still there is no response on telephone nor we through any communication we are geting the response. Once i have spoken to one of the officer he told me whenever the draw will come, it comes into the newspaper.

I Had applied a flat under the scheme of BHS - 11 and paid a initial Deposit of Rs 35000. As per prospectus and publication of advertisement in regard issue by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, draw was to be held in the Month of May 2009 But neither any notice nor any information in this regard has been published by the above authority. This put question mark upon the reliability of the above Authority also there may be chance of a big fraud. Request you to forward this complaint to concern department for doing the neeful in favour of lot of people like me.

I am also one of the candidate who applied for the flat in GNIDA. The draw date was in may, but its jun is about to finish, but no information regarding the draw. Please help me to get my money back.

I am also one of them who applied for the flat in BHS-11 scheme of GINIDA. The draw date was in May, 2009, but no infaqrmation regarding the draw. I request to concerned officer of GINIDA to please go for draw at earliest.

I also request through you to concerned officer of GNIDA, at least confirm to the applicants when they are going for draw.

Sir/Madam,
I have already deposited Rs.3, 60, 000/- through Demand Draft No.465082 dated 8.10.09 (State Bank of India) as full and final payment against my allotment No.BHS11 94510 Form No.45488 for BHS11 Flat No.177 GFat Location Sector XU-01. The DD was submitted in the authorised bank i.e. State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur G-14-15, Sector 18, Noida (UP).

I have not received any official confirmation of the said amount, except the bank receipt. Please let me know when and how I can get the official receipt or any other information related to the above mentioned flat.
