green city agra project - fraud

I have invested a huge amount in Green City Agra project. Despite repeated request receipt of money and allotment letters have not been given by the company. I booked 4 plots and payment has been made in full. Now the MD Jitendra Chaudhry is absconding. I do not understand what to do will some body help me.

i have booked a plot in agra project inmay 2007
but after 6 months i told them to get my money back
and they refused to me evry day till 8 months
after 8 months i talked to them
they ready to pay me after 8 months from aug 2008
then i came to know this company is fraud and is refusing all their promises
pls help me on this

i have aregistry of plotno.C-145 but no devlopment is being done not i got possesion of plot
after investing rs650000/- .kindly register my complaint.
