Green Dust — Refund

I have ordered fabiano RO (Order No: 2211038) from Green dust for Rs 5999/- on 7th of October through online, I have paid the amount using my credit card.
Product was shown available in surplus quantity in their site, when i am placing the order.
On 14th of October I have called green dust about the status of my order, they replied stock is not available you have to wait for two days.
On 16th of October again I have called green dust and they replied to wait for another one day.
On 17th of October I have called again and they replied you have to wait for another one day.
Since stock was not available I have cancelled my order on 17th of October, at the time of cancellation they told refund procedure will take 30 days and they refund by Demand Draft.
Till today 14 th December, I have called green dust more than 20 times for the refund. Always the answer from the customer care is within two days your DD will be dispatched. Recent answer from green dust is DD dipatched.
Why this much time to refund money. They dont know what is commitment and consumer value.
My personal advice, dont buy any product from this company. You may feel happy today after buying a product but in future you face the same problem which I am facing.
Green dust management should understand cutomer value and commitment.
