GSRTC - REFUND NOT RECEIVED FROM GSRTC

I have booked my ticket on GSRTC online booking system through my ICICI bank card for AHMEDABAD to SURAT but due to internet problem my transacton was not successfull. My ticket was not booked but my account was debited with Rs.301.

Detail :

PNR Number: G2803822

Bus service: Ahmedabad to Surat

Journey Date: 18/05/2012 & bus departure time: 17:30 Hrs.

Amount: INR 301/- paid through ICICI bank Debit card.

GSRTC user ID: upasna

Pls do the needful & request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
