I, Milind Bhavsar, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding e-ticket booking due to left of time i.e. 15 minutes as mentioned in note.We were not aware about that particular note. Our transaction time exceeds 15 minutes and our blocked seat became unblocked and Rs.309.00 was deducted from our Axis Bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below

I have booked my Ticket thriogh e-booking for Gandhidham to Baroda booked on 1st FEBRUARY 2012 for date 11th FEBRUARY 2012. Unfortunately the sleeper class bus was not come and the ordinary bus has been placed on this route. I asked to conductor that why the bus is not come he replied in rude way so I asked to inquire counter he said that your ticket diifernce will be credited on your account. After i requeseted to The bus conductor, he written this thing on my E-ticket/Reservation voucher.The BUS NO-4607. Money was deducted from my INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK Saving Account.I request you to help me to get my refund of the ticket difference as soon as possible.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below

I didn't received e-ticket, but transaction has been done of Rs.303 from my account. I used ICICI Visa card for transaction. The transaction was done without any error, but due to technical error i not received e ticket and also not showing in my GSRTC acount. So plz refund my amount.

My name is Naveen Anand. On 18-JAN-2013, i booked 6 tickets of GSRTC Volvo Service in the name of Hemangini for journey from Baroda to Nehrunagar for the date of 19-JAN-2013. My booking no. is GS429599.

I used my debit card for the payment. After all the processes, the amount of Rs.1146.00 was deducted from my bank account but no ticket receipt was displayed on the screen and no information was sent to my email account. When i checked the seat availability, the seats were booked. But i have no receipt or proof that i have paid the amount for those seats.

i called up GSRTC helpline/customer care numbers, but they did not listen my complaint properly and started shouting.

i just need my money refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. So, please take the needful procedure for the same.

I just Received conformation SMS Via GSRTC site but not received proper SMS the system missing PNR NO.
During the be for trip, i showed this SMS to the Gandhi Dham ST Staff and Request for help but those people insulted me for helping me even forbade me to Traveling With these SMS.
Do you advise passengers not to do any kind of help by booking tickets online ? I bought this ticket from GSRTC Site.
I need Not Refund my booking Money only, but Will I get my self-Esteem back?
