Dear Sir,
I have Booked Ticket through Net Banking from Surat to Patan on Dtd:21/07/2012 for journy on dtd.08/08/2012 & other ticket booked from Patan to Surat on Dtd:05/08/2012 for Journey on Dtd:13/08/2012 transaction was success but due to communication problem ticket was not generate & i have not received ticket mail on my inbox.Then i have booked same ticket on next day 06/08/2012 & Transaction was success & ticket was generate & i have received mail of that ticket. kindly request you to my first transactions amt.of Rs.537/ reversal to hdfc credit card dept.so they are reverse my transacion.
