Subject : Poor Quality and Bad Services

My name is Sanjay Ghelani & I am consumer of your GTPL broadband connection.
Details are as following

First of all I would like you to focus your attention that I am highly not satisfied with your product quality, support and services.
Reason for purchasing GTPL broadband connection:-
I am a technical support executive for a private limited co. and have to complete my daily assignment punctually and so I required an quality Internet broadband and so I purchased your above mentioned plan with my whole trust on GTPL brand name.
I only require internet after my office hrs between 9.00 pm to 9.00 am.
Reason why I am not satisfied:-
01> I have never received proper connectivity at my requirement. (Un-plugged or error 678)
(Abhishek JI what’s use of broadband connection if not available at time)

02> Whenever I placed complaint I have been place with a complaint number and committed to get solution next day morning.

03> Next morning to evening it works, but then again same problem repeats and up to now the same.

04> At the time of marketing your broadband I was ensured about connectivity and reliability by your marketing executive Mr. Pratik Parekh (9727725839) & Mr. Karan Singh (9099038785)


Other thing under my observation regarding QUALITY-MAINTANANCE AND RESPONCIBLITIES:-

01> WORST Cabling System, Quality & maintenance


02> Carelessness and irresponcopility towards society & people

Here in Shreenand Nagar-iv, Block “F” Your OFC cable, Network Device, Media Converter are placed on the Terries.
For the same AC Power supply is provided using RJ-45 LAN Cable which is very badly wired and can cause unexpected accident. Here Shreenand Nagar Society is family resident areas which consist of children, women and peoples usually use Terries for playing and other purpose.

Who would be responsible for any accident occurs due to this irresponcipilities?

I am not any more interested to use your broadband connection and so please kindly refund my connection charges paid and discontinue your ugly services.

Please send your executive as soon as possible to refund me at my home as immediate as they arrived to collect at the time of inquiry for connection.
Hope will be done as easy I aspect or else will see further.

Dear Sanajy Ghelani

U can arrive to consumercourt along with maxum documantation and photo copies and surely you would be helped and will surely ger Rid out to the case.

The wired connection method is totally illigal and against law.
Ask your society for NOC documents details.
And AC supply cannot be impliemented untill unless seperate cabin and Torent Power Certificat in public area.

U Can be compenciated highly

Dear Sir

Subject : Feedback for GTPL Complaint

Finally I have received service form Technical executive and it seem that the problem is been resolved.

On 28th Feb & 1st -2nd March Your Tech. support Engineer Mr. Sujit & Mr. Soheb visited my place and also did some technical improvement.
From that day on words I have not received network unplugged problem anymore.

Yesterday Mr. Ramesh have visited me for feedback of existing problem.
He told me that all necessary improvement have been done to resolve the problem permanently & also committed that such in-convince will not occur again in future.

I Hope I would receive support instantly if any technical problem occurs.

I have a same problem as Sanjay Ghelani has !!!
They didn't gave me rent of their switches and hub also. (For Whole 6 months)

Final word from me :

"Never Never Never take service from GTPL". Believe me it's beneficial to you.

Even I have suffered the same from the hands of GTPL.
Every other day I get the error 678. Whenever I call the customer care executives, they give me a complaint number and solve the problem in 1 day..
But the same problem arises again and again.
Misguided by there representatives, I bought their 1 year plan and have been suffering since the last 10 months.
And this guy ABHISHEK.. he does not have manners to talk. Worst person I have ever come across in my life.

They have even installed their SWITCH on my terrace and not paid for it since the last 3 months!!! and there is no one in the customer care to listen to this complaint of mine.

I am fed up of such a service. and would never suggest anyone to buy their connection.

It is regetfully said that the service provided by the GTPL broadband is very bad. Everytime, we are complaining and complaining on phone. But no response is shown by the GTPL broadband. And Xth Pass engineer comes everytime and says that there is fault in the cable system or there is no light. What the hell system is? Everytime, it shows GTPL is "unplugged" or "Unable to connect" "redialing". What is this? And you take money from the customer in the advance. And instead of providing service to the customer, you are harrassing. On 25 th June, 09 I have taken the internet connection( Unlimited Plan - 128 kbps) from your GTPL broadband and since then I am fed up. And I have spent lot of money on phone for making complaints. Who will pay that money and moreover for the harrasment your GTPL broadband doing with us. Our neighbour has also taken the connection of GTPL. Yesterday night his connection was on and our connection was not coming. What is this??????????????????????. Everytime they give complaint number & number. We don't want complaint number. We want to solve our problem immediately. We will not tolerate this harrasment. If any immediate action will not be taken by your GTPL then we will go to police station and consumer court. Do not take it lightly. We have not taken your connection for harrasing ourself or spending money to take your complaint number or bearing your illerate engineers. If you cannot solve our problem then we refund our money. We don't want your stupid services. You are cheating & befolling your customers. Take immediate action or refund our money.

Guys thx for ur feedback. I was planning to take GTPL connection but ur service changed my mind.
Now i am not interested to take this connection.

GTPL People this is 4 u -- please improve ur service and standard otherwise you will loose ur customer day by day...

I had purchased GTPL BROADBAND at my home in manjalpur baroda and i had paid for 6 months This is the worst broadband of all...Never buy it Fibre optic technology is failed ..for them i got no refund also...

GTPL Broadband is very poor service in nadiad...
i have a connection of 6-256 kbps. but it is very slow service.
this connection will be needed waste of time and money...
in 256 kbps download speed is only 15 kb and other service
give in this connection 30 so very careful to use this connection.
Even I have suffered the same from the hands of GTPL.

I am facing similar problem in Cable connection.
I have given the compliant many times but they don't respond.
GTPL is very bad cable connection & Poor service.

i have also apply for new broadband connection of 256 kbps unlimited plan. i have apply for this connection on 7th february 2010 but till today any person not meet me for this connection so till today i cant get my connection.

i have already pay for Rs. 2630 cash for this subject.

I have also suffered 678 error and lost more than 15 days of connectivity due to unprofessional attitude of GTPL ahmedabad. My plan was 6 gb 6 months. they had p[romised me extension for days missed due to non connectivity and the amount of GB that remained unused will be carried forward.
 
Speed becomes slow by the passing a time...
