[Resolved]  GTPL Channel (Cable Channel) is Fraud Company — Not Responding after calling 15 times

Sir,

I have ur three cards, the card nos. are 1) [protected], [protected], [protected].

I have not reached yr network in the areas at Wadala (West), King Circal, Five Garden, Matunga (East). I have already so many times complent in your call centers. Also ur Site Enginers have been visited to my home ( at Wadala - West) they could not find such net work at their. I have face these problems from 1 year. your site engg. told at that time, some instrument have been fixed at ur home. But till date the action have not been taken. I had at that time 7 Air Tel card, as per ur poor service now i have only 3 Air Tel cards. Now, i m in position to stop the said three cards also any take another service providers cards, because of only ur poor service. I till wait few weeks for action taken report from ur side, either i am surrender ur card. My monthly bill on each card is almost 1000 to 1500 per month.

i[censored]r r not interested, then i will take another service provider service. This is my last complent to u.

Dear All,

I dont know who are these guys posting these comments against the organisation which has given all o[censored]s bread. Though currently i am no more with this organisation but i can proudly say that we have learnt a lot from this company and as we have moved ahead.

The experience we gathered while working alongside the best professionals it has are of great value. There are few unsuccessful guys who are spreading rumours against the company which has no basis at all. People who may come across this be very cautious about these guys. I also strongly feel that some individual is playing mischief for reasons he or she knows. I[censored] have any issue to be settled u better talk to the concerned department who, i am sure will definitely help. The redressal mechanism is very good and really robust. Atleast i havent faced any such problem ever with the company or any staff members .

I came to know about this incident from my current employer who to know the CEO of MPOWER and shares a good relationship.. This is disgusting as i have not wriiten anything about Somnath Sir as i dont have any grievances against him.. Why should i have such grievances against him when he has helped me in my carrier given me job, reputation and when i have resigned helped me in my handing over. I am happy to have worked for MPOWER.. I want to know, who the hell has written taking my name. First of all i am not Sujit but Sujeet.. and the word are not justiofied.

No question of cheating customers as i was responsible for the market as i was the territory manager.. U have not come or u may have come once for diff job.. so how can u cheat customers??

gtpl cable serivices are not well. they are not showing tv channels that are demanded by customers.they have only one answer to say 'THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM'.They actualy don't know what problem is or they are hiding some real problem.They are also involved in ugly politics.I have demanded to show A2Z news channel.But they are still not showing this channel since last 6 months

Dear customer, GTPl is not fraud company, u are getting poor reception due to some time cable operator service and instument. GTPL provide good quality every operator, but some time cable operator also facing same problem. GTPL is not providing Direct customer service in all over ahmedabad. GTPL have some limitesion. So dont blame GTPL. Thanks ajay

I also use GTPL at my home, suffering from same service but different matter, , they people brodcast with low quality signals and pressurise us to purchase SET TOP BOX, also collect different rental in different areas...

I am Mistry Vikas From ahmedabad, gujarat.my complaint is GTPL not telecast the ESPN, STAR CRICKET channel all over the ahmedabad GTPL cable customer...So please take any action for telecasting the STAR CRICKET & ESPN channel for watching the T-20 World cup 2012...please take the action before the start of the t-20 world cup matches...

I have cable connection from last 18 years from Sky Vision, Link Cable at Nadiad, Gujarat. I have purchased Setup Box with Rs. 1000 from the date when it was introduced for digital channels... The problem now a days from one year is that due to some technical faults in cable my setup Box not working, how ever set up box is not faulty but due to loss of gains it is not working as per the sky vision staff information.I got the reply that it will take at least One month for repairs...What a funny reply.

First local operator merged with GTPL, then pushes customers to buy SET TOP BOX, now. Issue is neither GTPL care executives / nodal officer nor local operator taking responsibilities to fix STB in time & resolving the issues faced by customers. Indians are born to suffer by big talkers always. Have filed complain already in consumer court (Grahak Suraksha) for not delivering STB even after 3 months till now. They (C.C.) Suggest compensation amount would be Rs. 35000/- due to customer harassment, inappropriate reply, not delivering exact product (which sited on GTPL.net i.e. Cisco DVB -3410) & bad quality of service given. They (C.C.) Calculated the amount 10 times to paid Rs. In advance according to Indian law. So, Please get all your receipts from Local Operator mentioning GTPL name on it & filed your case with Consumer Court. For whom not using GTPL services advice to them think 100 times before being a customer of GTPL...

LCO of Vadodara(chhani) refused to give Pucca receipt for monthly subscription. Instead he stopped channel connection and all executives of GTPL like Customer support/nodal officer/ appallet authority showed inability to control LCO. GTPL is being controlled by LCO and not by owner. Nobody could start access. They prefer to lose customer but cannot control LCO.

I agree with above comments. LCO refused to issue Pucca receipt of monthly subscription. LCO even discontinue the connection and all concerned of GTPL c care/ nodal officer/ appalllet authority could not force LCO to restore connection but they elaborately described their inability.My STB NO [protected].
