Would like to inform u, that there is serious negligence happening from your costumer services, from 3 days been facing internet problem its getting on and off showing 678 error, i called twice to your "so called" customer care number your officer twice sure me to send your technician to solve my problem, But sadly its been 3 days none of step taken from your side, Been using zilog wife, before and previously using idea dongal i was fed up with those connection problems that's why i choose your GTPL, but there is seriously negligence goin on in your customer care services too, because there is no "care " at all.
