[Resolved]  Gujarat State Road Transport Service — G.S.R.T.C complain

Hello sir.
My complaint is kapadwanj to ahmedbad Bus Trouble

I am the passenger of Kapadwanj To Ahmedabad In Morning when the bus (kapadwaj To
Ahmedabad All bus) With over loaded passenger passed form KUHA village.
and KUHA village people & passenger always stooped the bus & fighted with Driver, Conductor &
passenger harrase them.

That's way pls help us & step forward them

i am J patel my complane is bus root from Navsari to Vadnagar & Vadnagar to Navsari. This bus is Delux Exp. but i reservation in this bus in internet this bus is gurjar nagri exp. i am always reservation in this & travelling. i pay ticket in gurjar nagri bus but travelling in Delux exp.
My complane is change the bus otherwise internet data change. i always pay more money.

i am jigar patel my complain in root bus from vadnagar to navsari & navsari to vadnagar
this bus is delux express but reservaction bus in internet this bus is gurjar nagri express. u known gurjar nagri bus tickit more then delux expp bus. i always gurjar nagri expp tickit pay and travelling in delux expp bus. this is not far please i request this bus is change for delux to gurjar nagri otherwise internet data chang for gurjar nagri to delux expp. please sir

dear sir my complain for 'surat to zalor' express bus
i was coming on 7th sept 2011 from(zadeshvar chokadi) bharuch 2 unava(bhandupura) my stop stand is bhandupura but it is not a exp. Stand so i bought 2 tickets of next express stand unava...
When bhandupura came a conductor to say to we want get up here we have already a ticket of next express stand but he did not get up us there . And get up at unava at 5: 00 am
We want 2 go at jetalvasna who r far away from bhandupura highway to 3 kms.
We beg to her a complain book but he did not give or no info. Of his give us. And say unusual words..

What a great corrupted gujart i proud on it... Also salute it...

Dear Sir,
I am Engineer in RO Company. i am up down Mandvi to Bardoli in Surat Dist. My company time is 10 to 7 PM. Bardoli depo bus No. Gj 18 1872 or 4596 started in bardoli to Mandvi. Its started time at 7.00 PM but Last 15 days bus is not started right time & Bus going on very slowly. We are compliant conductor his answered not right. Mandvi to bardoli distance is 30 KM (45 Min.) timing taken 1.5 Hr. so Timing are so west. Conductor Dhirubhai Batch no. 6752 & driver batch no. 104. Driver says to passenger we are reach 10 O' clock at bardoli.
