I agree with Neena it is a real nightmare. Why cant they have more phones and make life simple for consumers.

I strongly agree, but nobody cares how much consumer suffers.

One of the other problem with GURUKRIPA, is their delayed delivery. One should keep more then a couple of weaks in hand to receive the delivery.There should be an immediate delivery mechanisam put in [protected]@ to reduce the pain of the consumer..

I agree, it's been a week I am trying to book gas ...but no one pics the ph.Both the no. are busy all the time. really pathetic

my consumer no is 60129...pls. send the gas urgently

I trying to book Cylender from last 4 days but it is always engage. And there service is also not good

GURURKRIPA is horrible...They are the worst service providers I have come across till date. They are insesetive, and rude in addition to being totally irresponsible.
I moved from DLF Phade 4 to Sector 56 and the biggest challenge I have is post movement of the gas service provider. I hope someone can look into their service standards and so something. I guess its useless because ithey would have paid money to IOCL sales manager to be quie about it...

Gurukrupa gas agency-indane gas — They never pickup calls

We have a gas connection with gurukripa gas agency, these guys never pickup any phone, we keep on trying for days and days, to get through them and book a cylinder.
Why can't they automate the process?
There should be an action against them.

I completely agree, but there is a way out from this menace. The receipt which the gas delivery man gives, has a telephone no of Delhi, which is a 24X7 number. This is automated and the response is very good. You get the gas cylinder on the third day of booking. This is a wonderful system, otherwise gas booking was a nightmare to me like most of you.

Right now am facing difficulty since I lost this number from my mobile and also could not locate the refill receipt. If any of you have the refill recipt, I would much appreciate to get it. Thanks.

gurukrupa indane — last three month delay for new gas connection

applied for new gas connection on july 2011 but supply not given even after repeated request till date so many times .

i am very disappointed by this reason ,

in market Black Marketing is going on and black cylinder available in Rs-1000 .

balck me to cylinder milega Rs-1000 or Rs-1100.

very poor service by gurukripa gas sagency..i have a leak in my cylinder but when i contacted them to attend it they r cooly saying they will rectify the next day how will we manage the preasent day..very streesful situation poor service we have to complain to the main autorities.

One can never get thru to the lines of the agency. i have been trying past ten days but cant get thru. Now have sms them a couple of times but dont know if they have made a note of my requirement or not!!!

its a mere nuisance...after repeated calls nobody picks up the phone...pls advice an other means of booking the gas where we do get a confirmation for the same

I totally agree its a very difficult task to book the cylinder as they do not pick up the phone take strict action

absolutely agree with all of you.in my case the phone always rings but no one picks it up...been trying for almost a month...totally pathetic service.
They never reply and misbehave with consumers.
